1. Information Collection
FiTrack AI ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our web application and mobile app (collectively, the "Service"). Last updated: September 30, 2026.
Personal Data
Account information (name, email via Google/Firebase Auth), and optional fitness metrics (weight, height, age, gender, fitness goals) you provide for AI personalization.
Usage & AI Interaction Data
Workout entries, meal logs, calorie data, hydration records, cycle tracking data, and your interactions with the AI Health Assistant. AI requests are processed on our secure servers. To prevent abuse and keep the Service reliable, the request you send to an AI feature and its generated result are recorded in a security and quality log, along with technical metadata (timestamp, feature used, latency). These logs are used only for security, abuse prevention, and improving accuracy — never sold or used for advertising.
2. Data Usage
Your information is used exclusively to power the FiTrack AI experience:
- Generate personalized AI workout plans
- Create tailored meal recommendations
- Track progress & provide AI health insights
- Estimate calorie intake via AI analysis
- Cycle tracking with phase-based coaching
- Hydration goal calculation
- Service improvement & bug fixing
- Security monitoring & fraud prevention
3. Security Measures
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) with per-user isolation rules. AI features are processed by our own secure AI service, which routes every request through an authenticated gateway that verifies your sign-in, checks app and device integrity, enforces per-user rate limits, and validates the AI output before it reaches the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cookie Policy
We use minimal essential cookies and localStorage to maintain your authentication session, save UI preferences, and cache workout/nutrition data offline. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Third-party cookies from Firebase Auth may be set during login. You can clear all local data by deleting your account or clearing browser storage.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, visit the Account Deletion page or email us directly.
Data retention: Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from Firestore within 30 days.
